Today we take a look at the historic IWC Reference 3705 from 1994. This ceramic fliegerchronograph was the very first ceramic chronograph from IWC, and the inspiration for every ceramic watch since.
We compared it to 2012’s Miramar Chronograph, originally reviewed by John Mayer on HODINKEE here. You can see two watches 18 years apart, but very much the same in lineage, right here.
